Availability

Note how we handle your order within our available inventory.

In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we commit to contact you by email within 2 business days

from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

In addition, the availability of the products is indicative and non-binding.

Returns

Only the return of products in excellent condition in their original packaging will be accepted

with full content (accessories, instructions for use, etc.)

Please note that transport costs fall on the customer when the product is shipped (the product is shipped under the responsibility of the customer).

We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and choose
possibly sending a declared value that represents the cost of the products you ship.

This is necessary in case of theft or loss of transport services.
In any case, the refund is at the discretion of the Customer.

Any product that has been damaged or damaged will not receive compensation.

If the product returned is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis made by the section www.vienoulas.gr
