How to Use an Absinthe Spoon

1. Assemble your supplies for the absinthe ritual.
2. Place the absinthe spoon on top of the absinthe glass.
3. Place the sugar cube on the pierced part of the absinthe glass.
4. Line the prepared absinthe glass underneath the absinthe fountain, allowing ice-cold water to drip onto the spoon until the sugar has dissolved slowly.
5. Wait for the louche effect.
6. Once the sugar is mostly dissolved, use the spoon to stir the absinthe.
